Though we are now back in the city, a part of us is still at the sublime Colony Palm Beach – we’re still thinking of the tropical splendor, marvelous surrounds, sun, fun, and fine dining with friends – really the perfection of it all. It goes without saying that we can’t wait to return.
All of this has us conjuring up fabulous fantasies of having a little retreat in Palm Beach of our own – ideally something like Maurice Fatio’s Villa Today – a sublime art deco-influenced mini mansion on the lake. I am also fond of Clarence Mack’s Neo-Regency confections and would be perfectly happy in one! Why not dream big!?
While in Palm Beach, we paid a visit to the Four Arts Botanical Gardens which was established in 1938 to showcase the kinds of tropical plants suitable for South Florida gardens – just gorgeous. I’m photographed getting ideas for our very own tropical garden! I’m sporting a glorious embroidered Pucci kaftan-style shirt, Tom Ford lavender silk herringbone pants, Hadliegh’s cobalt gingham slippers, Le Noeud Papillon purple and blue silk ascot, Tom Ford “Marco” sun glasses, Tom Ford Bronzing Gel and Creed Windsor fragrance.
James,
Looking smashing!
