In my work, I’m involved in every aspect of the decorative process – this allows me to put together a really unified point of view – a total vision – to this end, I’m often quite involved in the selection of art. I’ve always had a passion for art and artists, and have a handsome collection myself – naturally my clients come to me for advise on their own art collection.
I’m always on the lookout for brilliant up and coming artists. On a recent visit to the super chic Treillage boutique I was taken by the heroically scaled work of artist Sara Graham. Pictured here is a water color and gouache artichoke painting on handmade paper – all in ultra luscious shades of green, turquoise and purple – beautiful! – I’ll be sure to keep this fine work in mind for the appropriate project.
I’m sporting a black linen denim jacket with black suede elbow patches by Gucci, a Turnbull and Asser shirt in purple cotton with contrast white collar and french cuffs, Seaman Schepps cuff links in precious turquoise, Charvet Paris turquoise silk pocket square, white and charcoal pinstripe cotton pants by Gucci, silver chain link belt by Gucci, Lanvin teal suede sneakers and glasses by Dior.
