I can’t believe it has already been a year since I was introduced to the brilliant photographer, Gabriel Everett. Perhaps it was our shared constellation (Libra) that had us in agreement on so many levels. Whatever it was, we began an instantaneous and rather epic bromance…and, if you have not noticed, we’ve produced quite a lot of work together as well! In fact, I often half jokingly liken our collaboration to that of Garbo and von Sternberg. And so, a special thanks goes to Everett for his marvelous WIJW photos! We look forward to many more iconic images!

Captured by none other than our favorite Gabriel Everett, I’m sporting a Tom Ford suit in charcoal wool cashmere Prince of Wales plaid, and black and white silk pocket square, a Richard James black and white cotton shirt with contrast white collar and French cuffs, vintage cuff links in shell with coral beads, Gucci black leather tasseled loafers, vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual Watch, a loosely tied white and black silk polka dot ascot by Le Noeud Papillion and my fragrance is Creed Original Cologne.

The projected silhouette of your profile in this superb photograph by Gabriel Everett brought two seminal images to my mind: Walker Evans’ 1928-29 photograph of Paul Grotz that is a part of the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the 1928 photograph entitled Fork of Andre Kertets, also at the Met. Your shadow cast upon the floor and wall in this photograph then became for me what Roland Barthes names “punctum.” Congratulations for your full year’s collaboration!

Oh my Gawd. I would love to be cerebral and erudite, like CD (Bravo CD~!) but all I can think of is how GD handsome you are, and especially in this photo!

Oh you Libras, always the hosts with the most!
