McBee Sails to Bermuda

One of my very favorite artists has got to be Scott McBee – you may recall I did a brief post on him several months ago. I’m pleased to announce that Mcbee’s painting, “The Queen of Bermuda,” was recently acquired by The Masterworks Foundation museum in Bermuda and will be a featured centerpiece for their upcoming exhibition on ocean liner travel. I’m also very happy to report that I’ll be traveling with McBee to attend the gala opening of the exhibition on the 19th of June – you must know by now that I love a good party! I’ll also be enjoying a lovely holiday while there as guest to some of my most gracious and dear friends. I’ve been planning my wardrobe all week and can’t wait to bring you some uber fab tropical getaway posts!

If you are not able to make it to Bermuda to see Scott’s fine work, you can also enjoy it at The Chinese Porcelain Company. Here I’m admiring McBee’s paintings in the windows of The Chinese Porcelain Company wearing a navy cotton pique peaked lapel jacket over a horizontal navy white and red striped cotton shirt both by Gucci, a Battistoni navy and white silk pocket square, Ralph Lauren red alligator belt with sterling buckle, white jeans by Diesel navy suede loafers by Gucci, and white leather bag also Gucci.

James baby, You definitely look like a very well heeled model/interior designer here – very snappy, yet not overdone. I have noticed you do have a gift for well bred understatement !
