Fashion’s Night Out

This past Friday we had the great pleasure of celebrating Fashion’s Night Out New York City, and when faced with so many invitations we of course had to be a bit choosy!

Our first order of business was a lovely soirée at the very glamorous D Porthault boutique on Park Avenue at 58th street. Aside from creating some of the finest linens on the planet, bringing D. Porthault to one’s home is as fashionable as it has always been – so it’s not surprising to find them at FNO. The ultra-elegant owner of D. Porthault, my friend Joan Carl, hosted this lovely fête, serving champagne and macaroons – the perfectly fortifying opening to an ultra-glam evening.

I'm photographed here at Porthault with Joan Carl.

We then headed downtown to support my friend, designer Robin Brouillette who hosted a swanky affair at 25 Park. Brouillette’s designs are the epitome of chic – timeless and feminine with a good edge – all inspired by her years spent in Morocco and India and her love of the ocean. I’m sure you’ll be as captivated as I was by the ethereal beauty of her line.

I'm shown here with my friend Robin showing off one of her gorgeous dresses.

I’m wearing my fav Tom Ford “Spencer” sport jacket in rose silk linen basket weave and white cotton shirt with french cuffs, Seaman Schepps charcoal pearl cuff links, gray light weight wool pants by Paul Smith, Gucci python belt with silver buckle, Charvet white and gray silk retro print pocket square, Lanvin sneakers in gray patent and sand suede, and my fragrance is Creed Royal Water.
