As part of my passion for elevated living I was thrilled to finally attend one of Chef Gail Monaghan’s superb cooking classes. It’s always a good idea to know how to plan and prepare a few scrumptious meals, and Chef Monaghan demystifies the entire process. In a relaxed environment, Monaghan teaches the step by step process for putting together an unforgettable meal, revealing invaluable tricks and secrets along the way, and instructing one in technique, timing and preparation – all to guarantee brilliant results.

Our menu was an elegant Italian summer supper –

Shrimp, Fennel, Endive and Arugula Salad with Citrus-caper Vinaigrette

Artichoke Flan with Tomato Couli and Crispy fried leeks

Turkey Scallopini

and for dessert… Almond Cake with a Melange of Fresh Berries!

I brought along my dear friend Adrianne Grayson and a good time was had by all. We can’t wait to try this menu out on our own now!
